From the "My Budget" section, you can organize all your monthly expenses and keep track of their totals. You also have the option of Viewing Transactions by their accounts, and updating your Budget Items. The Budget page is categorized by a main category like "Auto", and then all your transactions will reside in a sub-category like "gasoline". This will give you the totals for all items under gasoline, as well as all your expenses for "Auto". Use the Transaction Toolbar to enter in new transactions into your budget items.
My Bills
The "My Bills" section will allow you to save all your monthly bills in one place. Once added, you have the option to also automatically save your bill to your Calendar, your Budget, and your Contacts, all with one click. Once saved, you can click on "pay bill", to enter a Transaction for your Bill so you know if it has been paid or not. If a phone number or Web Site URL has been entered, you automatically see a business entry under My Contacts for your Bill. Included with your Bills is the ability to send email or cellular phone reminders when your Bills are due.
Themes
We allow you to choose the colors and layout of the site by giving you design tools on the settings page. From here you can pick from a variety of variations such as Glass effects, rounded corners, different color shemas, font size and family, and more.
My Calendar
With your customized Calendar, you can save appointments or reminders and have alerts sent to your Cellular Phone. When creating a new bill, a reminder will automatically be set in your Calendar, giving you a warning of when your bill is due. To add events to your Calendar, click on the "My Calendar" tab above.
Transaction Registry
To the right of every page includes a quick way to enter in new transactions to your registry. Once entered, you can see a full list along with charts filtering tools of all the Transactions that have been entered.
