We've added an account dropdown on the My Transactions page to allow you to view only specific account registries. Additionally, if you go to the My Accounts page, the balance on your account is now a link that will take you to the current month's transactions for only that account.
We've added the ability to view your Transactions and Budget by the current year. For the Budget page, this allows you to view how your doing on your Budgeting for the year compared to your current monthly budget. If you have a Bill or Income item tied to a budget that starts after the beginning of the year, this will be calculated into your yearly budget starting the month of your existing Bill. For Transactions, this gives you a breakdown of the total amount spent for each account for the current year.
We've integrated a way to make partial Bill Payments from the My Bills page. When a transaction is entered for a given bill, we will now verify the amount paid is the same or greater than the original Bill amount. If it is less, you will now see "Partially Paid" link instead of "Paid" next to the Bill. When you hover your mouse over the link, a popup will show how much was paid and how much is leftover. When you click the link, you will be taken to enter a new Transaction with the leftover amount pre-populated for you.
We've added the ability to round your Transactions to the nearest dollar as a way to help save money. On the My Transactions page, you will now see a drop-down next to each account where you can choose how far back you would like round your Transactions. Withdrawals will be round higher and deposits round lower so your account will show less than you actually have in the account.
We've added some new features to the Message Board. Some categories now allow you to cast a vote. You now have the ability to link a topic to either a News Article, Blog, or create your own topic and allow others to vote on how helpful this is. We've also added these categories as links from the Navigation menu. As this starts to grow, we will add more features to it. We'd also like to acknowledge digg.com for their innovative ideas in implementing a news voting system.
We've added a new category called "Information" and moved most of the root level BudgetTracker link under this category to help you find specific links easier.
We've modified our Upgrade Services to now allow you to make subscription payments through PayPal. This gives you the ability to pay by Visa, Master Card, Check, or PayPal. We've changed our yearly subscription to a monthly subscription for $2.95 per month with the first 30 days free. This allows you to use the upgraded services as long as you wish with the option to downgrade at anytime less than a year. Existing paid customers will retain their upgraded service until the year expires, then have the option to switch to the monthly plan.
We've added the ability to now have sub-accounts added to your account. This allows you to either create a separate profile for your business records and easily switch back and forth, share information with your spouse, or monitor your kids spending. This is however only offered for subscribed users. To access, you'll see a drop-down box at the top of the screen where your username is. Once you have multiple accounts, this is how you access each one. Each account has its own login so you can either login to the sub-account separately or login to the main account and switch back and forth.
We've added the ability to view, rename, and delete your existing Payees. You can access this page either from the sub-menu on the My Transactions page, or at the bottom of your "Select Payee" drop-down list, you will now see an "Update Payees" selection.
We've added a balance accounts feature to the My Transactions page. This will allow you verify the amounts that have been cleared in your records versus what the bank shows your balance is.
