We have added a feature that allows you to download most of your financial data to your local computer. Once clicked, this will open your data items in Microsoft Excel. We are currently supporting My Bills, My Income, My Transactions, and My Budget. Other sections of our site such as Calendar entries and Contacts will be coming soon. To access, click "Download Data" from the navigation toolbar.
We have updated the My Bills and My Income section to change the way "paid" gets displayed. Before, the Bill Name was matching up against any Transactions in the current month with the same name. This does not allow you to tie future Transactions with current Bills and forces you to delete a Transaction to mark as unpaid. The new system now allows you to pay any Bill at any time and have it associated with a specific Transaction instead of a Name. This will allow you to either delete the Transaction to remove "paid" or mark the Transaction as "unpaid". You will also now see a B or I icon next to any Transaction that is tied to a Bill or Income Item. We have also merged your existing data with the new system so that you will still see your existing paid items as paid. We've added some new features to the My Budget page to make it easier to enter in new Budget items. At the bottom of your Budget, you will now see a Budget Entry section that will allow you to either select predefined categories and sub-categories or create new ones dynamically. This will save a step going to a different page and give you more options for controlling your Budget. You'll also notice checkboxes next to each Sub-Category. This allows you to delete multiple Budget items at once without having to go to the Update Categories page. We have added the ability to save your Budget for only one month if you choose instead of recurring. When creating a new Sub-Category, select the "Month" dropdown and choose "One Month Only" to create a Budget for a single month.
We have updated the My Budget page to now show your Budgeting totals as green for positive amounts and red for negative amounts. Additionaly, a pencil icon has been added to each budget item to make it easier to understand how to update Budget Items.
We have integrated an online help section that will help answer our most common help questions. This will continually be updated as help questions come in to our e-mail system or posted to the Help Messageboard of our site. To view the help section, click "Help" in the Navigation menu.
The Transactions graph has been updated to order your view list in alphabetical order and only include Withdrawals. This fixes a previous bug where the percentages were off due to deposit amounts being shown.
We have added a Filter section to My Transactions. This will allow you to filter your Transactions on Status, Payee, or Amount. This will provide more flexability on how your Transactions are viewed.
You now have the ability to move the Transaction Toolbar to the top of each page. To do so, click the left arrows next to the title "Transaction Toolbar".
