The Bill and Income links on the My Calendar page will now appear with a line crossed out if the Bill or Income Item has been paid. This will make it easy to see which items on your Calendar have been paid and which ones are still due.
The name "View Transactions" has been changed to "My Transactions" to stay consistent with the rest of the My links. This will take effect on the top navigation as well as the Navigation menu.
We have added a link to the Navigation menu called "My Accounts". This will give you a list of all your accounts as well as the total amount for each account.
We have updated the Transactions page to now color code past, present, and future Transactions made. This will make it easier to read where your balance is currently at in the month.
An update has been made to the My Bills section to now allow you to associate a phone number with your Bill. We've also tied the "My Bills" section with the "My Contacts" section. When a new Bill is created that has a Web Site URL or a phone number, we will automatically create a new Contact for you. Since these are tied together, updating your Contacts phone number on the "My Contacts" page will also be updated on the "My Bills" page. If a Web Site URL is entered, the Bill name will become a link. If a phone number is entered, hovering your mouse over the Bill Name will display the phone number for that Bill.
An update has been made to the New Accounts section to now allow you to enter the starting balance of the account. This will automatically enter a deposit transaction on January 1rst for the opening balance amount.
An update has been made to the Budgeting wizard to now offer a quick way to enter all your Bills, Income, and Bank Accounts as well. This helps new users get started with setting up their entire BudgetTracker site. Once entered, you can go back into each item to make any modifications needed such as recurrences, changing names, or adding E-mail reminders to your Bills.
A checkbox has been added to each Bill to allow you to pay or delete multiple bills at one time. This should help speed up the process of paying your Bills.
The My Notes page has been given a new look and feel. We have also added an additional field called status. This allows you to mark your Tasks as In Progress, Deferred, Completed, or Not Started. You now also have the ability to order your Tasks by Title, Date, or Status. With the added feature of status, we have renamed My Notes to My Tasks. You can access this page by clicking "My Tasks" in the navigation menu.
We have added a new look and feel to the My Income section. Your Income Items will now be color coded to make it easier to see which items are past due, now due, or coming up. This will now mirror what the My Bills section looks like for consistency. Another addition to My Income is the Income Graph. This will give you a different view of your highest to lowest Income Items. To access, go to My Income and choose Income Graph from the top of the page.
