Sorry, doesn't work still too: chosing an account didn't update a category (default 'Select Category' is still there). Browser - Chrome on Android 4.2 (Nexus 4)

Thank you, the category dropdown is now based on the most recent transaction for the payee you've selected similar to the website.

On Android please bind Category dropdown to Account dropdown so choosing a different account would choose default category for it.
