If you've setup your checking accounts, you should see your personal account along with a "Cash" selection from the Accounts dropdown. by selected cash, your lunch transaction will get recorded in the Cash account. If you'd like to track where your cash is going and how much you have, you can instead create a transfer transaction by selecting Transfer as the type. Then your ATM withdrawal will essentially be a Transfer from your Checking Account to your Cash Account (Your Wallet). This will enable you to see how much cash you should have on hand.

RECORDING "ACTUAL" AMOUNT W/OUT BEING A WITHDRAWAL
Is it possible to record an ACTUAL amount in budget category w/out it being recorded as a withdrawal from my bank?
E.g. I took out $40 from ATM. I recorded ATM transaction because it came out of my account. I used $15 of the "recorded ATM" transaction to buy lunch. How do I put in the "ACTUAL" amount of $15 under my LUNCH category without it being withdrawn from my account?
