Thank you for the feedback. How are the transactions you're referring to being entered into the system? From the right side navigation manually or importing them from your bank?
To have your latest Transactions date appear on top, you should see a link titled "Date Paid" above your transactions. Clicking on this will reverse the order your Transactions are displayed and save that order for the next time you visit the My Transactions page.
