Thank you for the feedback. We plan on making the numbers in the forecast a link that can be changed to the actual number and will then be reflected in your goal. We'll look into adding some text at the top of the page explaining how the goals work.

Re:Work Out Goals
Thanks -- I never would have figured that out. So, I have a couple of suggestions: (1) Change "Work Out Forecast" to "Progress Toward Goals" or "Daily Work Out To Do List" or something like that. (2) It would be nice to have a place to record ACTUAL work out results for a particular work out. That is, I might have a goal of running 2 miles for each work out, but if there is a day when I actually run 3 miles, or only run 1.5, it would be nice to record that. I don't know if it would be better to just have a separate table for "Daily Work Out Journal" or try to add actuals to the existing "Daily Work Out To Do List" [Work Out Forecast] table. Thanks!

Re:Work Out Goals
The goals is more for recurring workouts. So lets say you want to run every friday for 20 minutes, your monthly goal could be 80 minutes. When a recurring workout is entered, if you click forecast, you can then record completing each run by clicking the checkbox to the left and that day will get crossed out. If you then go back to the workout list, you'll see your goal updated to 20/80. So basically your goal is based on the items in the forecast that have been marked completed.

Work Out Goals
Can you explain again how Work Out Goals is supposed to work? I put in a sample workout: Brisk Walking, one time, with a Total Goal of 20 (minutes). Then I put 23 in the Reps/Miles/Time box at the top. After hitting the "Update Work Out" button, in the table in the Reps/Miles/Time column, it said "0%" followed by a box with "0/20" in it, followed by "(Total)." I tried it again with 15 in the Reps/Miles/Time box, and got the same thing in the table.
