When selecting Tax Deduction when creating a new Transaction, this will now be tied to your Tax Deductions page so that if the name,amount, or date of the Transaction is changed, it will get updated in both places. Thanks for the feedback. We are currently working with a few Tax Advisors to help setup a way to make paying your taxes easier for users and the provider you're currently using. We hope to have soemthing implemented in the next few months but may have to wait till next years tax season.

You can add to the Tax Deductions from the Transaction Toolbar by selecting "Add To...", "Tax Deductions" but it is not tied to a budget category or transaction. The reason is that you may have tax deductions for items where no transaction was involved such as giving clothes to goodwill. You could however record non-transaction Tax Deductions on the Tax Deductions page and then create a separate category for Tax Deductions where a Transaction was involved. We've added to our to-do list the ability to keep a tie between a transaction and the entries on the Tax Deductions page where a transaction was involved.

Tax Deductions Application
Does the "Tax Deductions" application tie in at all with My Budget or My Transactions? Or is it just a separate, simple listing? If it is separate, then for me, I would just use appropriate Categories and Sub-Categories in My Budget rather than the Tax Deductions application.
