When an Income is recorded, the recorded link will point to your transaction. If you click on that and view the transaction, check the date and account is was recorded from. Then when you go to My Transactions, make sure the account is selected and the month at the top matches the month your transaction was paid. Also remember, if you recorded an item from a previous month, it will get recorded the day you enter the transaction, not the Income date unless you change the date. If you still don't see your transaction, please let us know.
