To start over, on the right panel under Quick Settings, there is a "Reset Account" link. Please be aware though that this will remove all data.

New Budget
I finally got the hang of this program and I would like to make a totally new budget and go back and put transactions from january into categories or maybe just start fresh from now. How can I erase my budgets?
