Thanks for looking into this. From the My Bills section I selected a bill for which I want to set a reminder and then clicked on "Click here to validate email". This led me to a new page asking for the confirmation code. I checked my email and received the code and entered in the field but all that happened was that the page reloaded and I received another email (with the same code). It seems that it just loops after I enter the code.

Do you have either an AOL or Comcast email address? We've had issues sending emails out due to their spam settings.

Email verification
I'm having troubles verifying my email address. On the bill that I want a reminder sent for I click on validate email and get told on the next page loaded that "Your email is currently active" but nothing happens. I don't get sent an email (I've checked the spam folder) and next time I go to update the bill it still asks me to validate my email address. What am I doing wrong?
