Re:Upgrade help...
We apologize for the inconvenience. We experienced a delay in subscription entries on the 24th. This issue was corrected and should be allowing access immediately. Please let us know if you still experience any issues.

Re:Upgrade help...
I am having the same issues. I have clicked on the link to upgrade and submitted payment with paypal. My confirmation email from paypal says that payment has been submitted. Why can't I have full access?

Thank you,
Tony

Re:Upgrade help...
Thank you for your prompt reply. Since I tried twice, will I get billed twice? or will the system know that it's a duplicate?

Thank you for subscribing and we apologize for the inconvenience. PayPal sometimes has a delay in advising us of the payment. You should be a subscribed user now.

Upgrade help...
I have followed the instructions to upgrade so that I can add more categories, and twice I have gotten the screen to use paypal to "pay" and both times the amount has showed as zero...( assuming for the 30 day trial) and then I get back to the screen I was working on and it won't let me proceed because I haven't purchased the upgrade...
can anyone help?
