Yes, if you go to My Bills and update the bill that is recording the transactions for you, you can uncheck "Auto Record" and this will allow you to manually record the transactions instead.

You were right. Now is there a way to not have a bill subtract from my checking balance on the due date? I would rather add transactions myself so that I know what my bank balance really is. For example the bill that is causing my balance to differ has not been paid in real life so it would be better not to have it deducted from my balance until I pay it.

This looks like you may have been filtering on last month transactions. If you view this month you should see a new entry on 2/23/09.

Balance ?
My checking account is showing a different balance than what it should be but when I look at transactions it is only showing the opening balance. I have not input any transactions other than the opening balance so why has the running balance changed?
