What you can do is create a new Bill and from the Categories dropdown, choose "existing category". You should see the item without the B icon in the list. Once the bill has been created and attached to that category, you'll see the B icon on the My Budget page under the Bills section.

it's a bill but it's not a bill . .
i have something in my bills category but i can't get the little b to show up and i can't see it in my 'my bills' list to record it as paid.
