Yes, basically the description of your Budget Item. If you have a budget set for Groceries, you should see the name "Groceries" on the budget page or whatever you chose to call it. If you click that link/name, you'll see an update form for that entry. Note however if this is tied to a Bill or Income, you wont be able to override the amount since the Bill/Income is controlling the amount in your budget. For this instance, you need to go to the My Bills page and click on the amount you wish to change for that instance only.

If you click the budget name to edit it, then click on "Override Amount". This page will allow you set any given number of months and amount to override the default budget amount.
