Thanks, Admin- that worked perfectly.

Thanks for the help, it should run smoothly now. This is a great system, and it's great to see all my finances in black and white. Just sorry it takes soooo long for each page to come up. I guess there's lots of information to download with each transaction.

The amount on the My Accounts page is just your opening balance. If you go to the My Transactions page, you'll see a Balance Account link below each account. If you enter a current balance according to your bank and check the clear all transactions checkbox, your account balance should match what your bank has recorded.

Re:Paid the bill, but it doesn't reduce the amt in
Thanks for the heads up. That should help in the future. But, now how do I adjust my balances to reflect the past payments I've made, without going through the Paid button. I've tried to adjust the balance of a credit card to match my actual statement, but even though it takes the new amount on the "my accounts" page it won't update the balance to the corrected amount.

Re:Paid the bill, but it doesn't reduce the amt in
It appears your Bills are not setup to transfer funds to your Credit Card account so basically what is happening is the funds are getting recorded as withdrawn in your Checking but not deposited to your Credit Card Account. To activate this, update your Credit Card Bill and check the "Transfer To" checkbox and choose your Credit Card. This will create a transfer transaction when the Bill gets paid. To fix any existing paid bills, first click on the "paid" link on the My Bills page, then under the "Type" dropdown, choose "Transfer" and select your credit card account.

I'm having the same problem. Paid credit card bills don't update the credit card balance shown on the "My Accounts" page.
There doesn't seem to be a way to link the bill payee field to an existing account.
As a workaround, I used the "Balance Account" feature to adjust the balance to reflect the posted bill payment. This works but seems to be an unnecessary step.

Re:Paid the bill, but it doesn't reduce the amt in
I can see that the bill has been paid, but when I go to "my accounts" page and look at that bill, the amounts are the same as last month. The bill is $4,000, I paid $1,000, therefore the account page should show that the remaining balance is $3000, and my available credit is $2000, if my credit line is $5,000. It doesn't reflect my payment, lowering my balance and uping my available credit.

Yes, first click on the link titled "paid". This will take you to the update page for the transaction that is tied to that paid bill. Then check the account and date it is saved as. You should then be able to see that transaction on the My Transactions page.

Paid the bill, but it doesn't reduce the amt in "my accounts" balance
When I enter a transaction, and confirm it, should't it reduce the amount of that bill or credit card in "my accounts" page??
