We've verified the amount should be showing as decreasing. Please make sure you're looking at the amount due column. If you are still seeing the amount increase, please email us with the name of the account and the first few payment amounts you are seeing to service@budgettracker.com

When I put my home loan in, the paydown amount increases instead of decreasing.
