This is because that budget item is tied to an Income item so deposit transactions will reduce the budget amount instead of withdrawals. We may remove the colors for budget amounts since this may be misleading if it's an income category.

My category has a $250 budget. $154.21 was carry-over. $95.79 is spent.
My "Total available" column says this: -$426,325,641,456,060.00
