We do not delete data when your subscription is canceled so you can cancel your existing subscription by clicking the subscription link, then resubscribe. Unfortunately, PayPal does not allow us to modify the existing subscription even if the user approves it so canceling and resubscribing is the only option.

Subscription Account - Change Billing Method
How do I go about changing the method of payment on my subscription account? I'm afraid to cancel it for fear of losing my information and I don't see where I can change it on the paypal account.
