This also seems to be an issue with setting up bills first, it looks like the Bills setup sub categories. The Categories are also different, but If you create the categories under the budget, you get the Category/Subcategory options and then they show up in the bills. Seems like all the categories should be using the same list.

Pre-Defined categories will only create a new category. You need to select "Existing Category" when creating a new bill under the same category. To fix this, you can update your Bill and choose the first category. Then go to My Budget and delete the duplicate.

Multiple Bills with the same Category
I have 1 Bill for att with a category set to Cellular and when I add another bill for T-Mobile and select Cellular as the category, it display as Category and Category(1). Do these get combined? It is also hard to remember that att is Category and Tmobile is category(1) on the bill views. Am I missing something? Thanks.
