We'll look into adding this a feature in a future release. When pre-selected is clicked, it will create a new personal category for you. The next time you'll need to select that existing category.

Categories are missing
When I enter Bills I get a list of predefined categories, but when I enter a transaction the list of predefined categories does not display, only the categories I have used.
