It looks like you are currently on the Free version of the site so there is no Bill. When you subscribe to our subscription, you'll go through PayPal so they handle all of the Billing.

I have my bill for your site in my bills and am waiting for i to come through my bank account. yoU have yet to bill me. I hope this is not an oversite.
