Yes, when you delete the autosync provider/bank your account wiil automatically be switched over to a manual account. All your existing transactions will stay in that account until you either delete the account or delete the transactions.

Un-Autosync?
I autosync'd two credit card accounts to my online accounts, but I'm don't like how the respective banks feed information to BudgetTracker (this is a problem on their end, not BT's) and would like to delink them from my BudgetTracker account. Is there a way to do this without deleting the two accounts in BT and setting them up from scratch?
