Re:AutoSynch
This is too bad. AutoSynch is the main reason why I purchased an account. I want to eliminate the need to download the files myself. If I have to do it this way, I will use a desktop version.

Re:AutoSynch
AutoSync is being discontinued at the end of the month. We are looking into other options for a future release.

Re:AutoSynch
Issue is still not resolved. I can't get this account to auto synch the transactions.

Re:AutoSynch
Thank you for the feedback. If you see an Active Account on the AutoSync page but does not appear on your My Accounts page, it means the account has been verified but no transactions have been received yet for that account. Please first login to your bank accounts website and ensure that there are transactions recorded on their site. If this is the case, please email us at sync@budgettracker.com with the name of the account so we can let our provider know about this issue.

Re:AutoSynch
I am also experiencing issues with the AutoSynch function. I added autosynch to my bank accounts and they are not updating. Plus my bank accounts are not listed on My Accounts page but listed in the Auto Synch Beta page as active. No balances or transactions are displaying for the synched account.

Re:AutoSynch
Thank you. It doesn't look like the transaction got deleted. We'll look into that issue. Your AutoSync should work now though. Please let us know if you still see any issues.

Re:AutoSynch
I deleted all transactions and then clicked on the synch button. It is the same. The dates are all wrong.

Re:AutoSynch
Thank you. It looks like the date format for that account is also different than your default date format. We've added in some additional handling to try and determine this. Please go to that account on the My Transactions page and choose Show All and then delete all imported transactions for that account. Then go to autosync and try to refresh to see if the date format is now correct.

Re:AutoSynch
Now I can see transactions but the dates are incorrect.
A transaction that took place on Dec 8, 2009 is displayed as August 12, 2009. There are also some transactions from 2011?!
