Thank you...Any idea why when you auto synch an account the account information does not display on your My Accounts page, but when you click the auto synch they appear with the status of active?

Thank you. We are working on supporting multiple user logins for a single provider in our January release.

Separate Checking Accounts - Same Bank
I have been trying to add my Spouse's checking account and have been unsuccessful. We bank at the same location, however we have different log ins. I added mine and it worked but when I tried to add his, I keep getting a message that Provider is already added. It will not allow me to add my husbands account. Can you help?
