To help narrow down the issue, please email the following details:
Name of bill(s) you are seeing an issue with
Name of both accounts
date of the each transaction that appears on the My Transactions page that is tied to those bills
Please send the details to service@budgettracker.com

When Bils are paid they are not showing up right
Please help, I have set up both accounts for the payments that need to be made each month, and then a bill for each of those payments, when recorded the bill it shows up correctly in the transactions part of the program, however, the payments are not being subtracted from the balance owed in the accounts portion. What am I doing wrong? I assume it must be a fairly simple step I have missed but could you please help. Thanks
