Thank you for clarifying this. It looks like these accounts are tied to a single bank so they can not be deleted until the bank is deleted since they will just appear again on the next sync so we provided a way to hide accounts you do not want to sync in the future. The duplicates are there because the feed provided came back with multiple accounts. Please note that AutoSync is being discontinued this weekend due to the ongoing issues we've had while we look into other options. If you delete the bank, the autosync accounts will be converted to manual accounts and will then be available to be deleted.

It is a sub account in an account. I now have 2 checking account (the same) in my bank account. And the same for all other accounts - they are doubled. I closed all the ones that are new but I cannot delete them.

If the account cannot be deleted, it means that account is still setup for autosync. To remove that account, you'll need to go to the AutoSync page and delete the account from there first. You'll then be able to remove it from the My Accounts page. We apologize for the issues you've been having with AutoSync which is why we are discontinuing it while we look for other options to automatically sync your transactions.

Account Duplicates
My accounts from my bank have duplicated. Now I have 2 of each account. One where the transactions were accepted by me and another where the transactions are pending approval. I tried to delete the accounts but all I could do is to close them which doesn't help because the transactions are still displayed in the budget.

Getting frustrated. This with the problems I have with autosynch are not allowing me to manage my budget.
