The CRM Contacts are now attached to the Documents page. From the Contacts page, you will now see a link titled Documents next to each contact along with the number of documents associated with that contact. Clicking on the link will take you to a folder for that contact where you can upload related documents.

You should now see a Business Calls application at the top of your Clients, Leads, and Prospect Contacts applications. This will allow you to save details about the call and tie them to a contact or setup recurrence calls. Please let us know if you would find anything useful to be added to these applications.

Thank you for the feedback. We've added these ideas to our todo list. For documents, if you click the More.. link in the Business section you should see a Documents link which will allow you to upload your documents. We'll be adding in the ability to tie these documents to your contacts. For employees, they currently do not have access to viewing your contact list. We'll look into adding permissions to expose your client list in an upcoming release.

Using the business crm, where do I log specific calls made to clients, prospects, and leads? Where do I attach PDFs sent to me by my client, prospect, or lead, so that it is viewable when I open that client, prospect, or lead? Can my "sub account"/employees view those clients, prospects, and leads I assign them, and can they view the PDF I have attached to that client, lead, or prospect?
