From the My Transactions page, make sure Show All transactions is set. This will allow to see how the running balance added up to what you are seeing and adjust the opening balance if needed.

Running Balance --- help
I was adding transactions to my checking acct yesterday which included my salary. As soon as I added my salary the running balance changed to a different amt than the actual balance at the top of the page. My opening balance is off as well. I tried to delete my income and re-do it but that did not change anything. I can't balance my acct. with the running balance off. I did make sure I am seeing only my checking acct. I have a savings but has a very small balance. I have read over other problems like this and haven't seen anything that could help me resolve my issue. Please advise. Thank you, Deb Rogala
