If you click on the More... link on the left navigation, select categories and you'll be able to enter sub-categories from that page. You can also go to the My Budget page and create new sub-categories from there as well. For ATM transactions, you'll want to create a new withdrawal transaction from your Checking account or whichever account you are pulling the money out from. You can also create a transfer transaction from Checking to Cash if you want to keep track of your cash as well.
