The cancellation didn't work, you still charged me
I have tried to cancel my account for some time now. I have gone through your steps to cancel and sent you emails with out response from you. I tried to go to Amazon and stop it from there, as you say I need to, but there wasn't a way to do it from there. I called their customer service and was told it was something that has to be done on the Budgettracker side, not their's. Why can't you just stop charging me and chancel me already? I have been patient and am not getting anywhere. Please cancel me and refund my charges.
