No, your forecast bills are ordered in the date they are due because it's a date forecast. If you click on the Bills list, you can see the bills ordered alphabetically.

can I sort my bills alphbectly?
I entered all my bills at radom not thinking it would be easier to find if the were sorted alphbectly.
