The paid view is your forecast so most likely you may have scheduled your Bill to start next month. When in the list view, edit your bill and check if the starting date is in April.

Keep trying to add a bill but it won't show up
I've been trying to add a bill for 30 minutes and it won't show up so i can mark it paid! It will comes up in bill list- but not only as a bill contact - not in the place that shows bills where you can mark them paid or not. Frustrating! this has never done this before.
