Yes, currently the paydown schedule does not support filtering by category so youll need to create 2 separate bills. We have added this to our todo list.

Escrow payments
Set up the first mortgage account - when a portion of that payment goes to escrow, how should the set up of the bill be modified to give an accurate paydown schedule? I input the total payment, and naturally that's what I got. Should I split the payment into two bills, one for escrow, one for the mortgage itself?
