Re:Download Information
From the My Accounts page, you first need to create a checking account. Then when you import your transactions, you'll be able to choose that account from the Accounts dropdown.

Re:Download Information
Thank you that was very helpful! I downloaded one account which is a checking account but when it downloaded now it says cash/savings account. Is there a way to change that?

Re:Download Information
Yes, first you need to login to your banks website and navigate to your transactions. From there you should see a download link which varies depending on the bank. You can then choose the format you would like to download it to. We support QIF,OFX,CSV or QFX format. If your bank has QIF, choose that one. Once you've downloaded it to your computer, go to My Transactions and click the Import button at the top to import your transactions into BudgetTracker.

Can you download information from your financial institute and credit cards? I can't seem to find how to do this. I paid the $29.95/year so I thought instead of doing it manually I could just download it. Help!!
