This is because it only gives you the amount up until January 2011 to allow you to compare the amounts against the current years month (January 2012)

YTD 2011 is not updated
Why the column under YTD 2011 amounts are "0"? It should have been calculated since the start of my budget right? But in 2012 it was updated. Please help.
