Are you adding the dollar sign and/or comma when entering your amount? Also which part of the site are you entering in your transaction from? (New Transaction Side Bar, New Transaction Page, or New Transaction from the Mobile Site)

This just happened to me, today. A $10,000 something figure was changed to $10.00. Hope this can be fixed... Thanks!

We found the issue you were referring to and rolled out the fix. Please let us know if you are still seeing any issues.

In which section of the site are you adding the amount to? Try removing the comma and dollar sign for now. We can then add in handling for commas and currency symbols if it's not already added.

keeps changing thousands into just a few dollars....
every time I put the amount in as $8,000.00 or $16,000.00 it changes it to $8.00 or $16.00. How can I fix this?????
