If you select Show all Transactions for that account, you should see a breakdown of the running balance to give you the total you are seeing. If after viewing this, it doesn't seem to add up, please email us the name of the Account this is happening to and the balance you are seeing.

Account balance not updating
After transactions entered and cleared, my account balance is not updating. I put all mine in manually. It is neither correct under the account transactions page or account summary page.
