Under My Transactions, you should see a box name Advanced Search. Make the dropdown is set to All Amounts and that should resolve the issue they are seeing.

Another user, our treasurer is having the problem. When I use his computer the expense transactions don't show. When I use my computer they do. Where is the filter you speak of? Other suggestions? Thanks.

We're seeing that both your deposits and expense transactions are appearing. Did you have have your filter set to less than 0? Are you still seeing this issue?

Checking Transactions, Deposits and Expenses
I have entered both Deposit and Expense transaction in my checking acct. When I call up the transactions I can see the deposits but not the expense transactions?? Thanks.
