Thank you for the email. It looks like your bank was not putting in carriage returns in your data which is usually the standard. We've added in a check for this and you should now be able to view your imported transactions.

Please email us a sample of the data you are trying to import so we can investigate the issue. This is usually either related to a date or amount format. You can send a sample to service@budgettracker.com

importing bank info
I've tried to download transaction history from my bank account, It seems to download alright but when I try to import the info into budget trcker it doesn't seem to import any information.
