What's the page you are trying to print? We can add a print button to that page to see if that helps. Which email provider are you using when you print from your email? Also are you viewing your email in a web browser when you try to print?

Says " an unknown error ocurred while printing" I can copy,paste to notebook or email and print fine any other suggestions?

The print icons are for giving you a print friendly screen but does not acutally bring up the printer dialog box. To do this, click Control+P on your keyboard or Command+P if you're on a Mac.
