Yes, we currently only support resetting your budget on the first of each month. You can however assign a transaction to a future or past month so if you have transactions that occurs after the 26th, you can select the "Add To">"Future Budget" select box when entering a new transaction to apply it to a different month.

No, I mean, it looks like it has turned my budget over as of 2/1/13, a couple of days after I entered everything in. I get paid on the 26th of every month - that's when I'd like for it to turn over.

Are you referring to the number of days you are currently viewing? From the Monthly dropdown, you can choose either monthly, weekly, or set your own custom dates but we currently only support recurrences of monthly or weekly.
