You should be able to just delete the bill you've created. The category that was auto created for you will remain in your budget. If you want to create a new category or change the name, you can do so from the My Budget page.

Bill vs Budget
I think I set up some items incorrectly. I set a bill for food and I think I should have it as a budget amount. What should I do? I want to track my spending in food and watch the amount I set for the month get used up. Any help?
