Give NeedMyPassword.com a try. It has been in production for almost 2 years and is currently at use in colleges and businesses.

Hi. I use an application called ClipSecure to encrypt my password using one master password that has more than 10 characters in it, including numbers, uppercase, lowercase and punctuation marks. I then save these details online at a site called passwordsafe.com. But you could as easily use something like google bookmarks as it has a notes field. The only disadvantage to clipsecure is that you can't use it when you are on the go such as at an internet cafe but it provides two levels of protection.

We use the highest level of security with your data. You can read more about the details on our Privacy Policy page. While we agree being able to store your username and password would be nice to have, this exposes a large security risk so this is something we do not intend to offer. If you want a more secure way than storing it online, you can use the browsers built in username/password saving feature. This will store it locally on your computer instead of online. This has its own set of security risks but much lower than keeping it online.

Right now I do not have any sensitive information on the site. However, it would be great to store username and passwords for the different bills web sites in the contact page.
