You should now see the ability to pay an existing bill when editing an existing transaction.

couldn't you add something when entering/editing an existing transaction to tie it to one of the bills as paid? then one wouldn't always have to go separately into the bills section and record it that way. would be much faster for the way some of us function. =) (then maybe you could also fix the thing where when you tie it to the bill it acts like it paid the "budgeted" amount instead of the actual transaction amount)
