Addons/Beta Applications/Custom Applications
The top-level link in the Navigation module calls them "Addons"; in the "Other" top-level link of Simple Navigation, they are called "Beta Applications"; and in Tips and Information, they are called "Custom Applications." I like "Custom Apps" or "U-Designs" myself. "Addons" and "Beta Applications" don't convey the user-created aspect.
