Thank you for the feedback. This could be caused by an error on the My Accounts page. When creating a new account for credit cards or loans, the balance should be getting recorded as a negative amount, not a positive amount. We will be fixing this issue soon.
First, do you have an Account setup for your Credit Card? If so, please make sure this has a negative balance if money is still owed. Then from the Accounts dropdown on your Bill, select this credit card. Each time you click on "pay bill", your balance should then be increased instead of decreased.
We've also updated the My Bills page to allow you to update or create a Bill without tieing an account to it.

I use my credit card to pay most of my utilities and would like for them to be subtracted from the credit card budget and not the cash balance.
