I believe this was the issue resolved via email. The issue was that if you record a transfer with both the withdrawal and deposit accounts being assigned the same category, the spent column for that category will be zeroed out since your budget takes into affect both deposits and withdrawals. To resolve this, if you want to record in your budget a transfer of funds, assign your budget category to the account being withdrawn from only. If this is a different issue, please let us know.

Budget versus Actual
I set up my budget but when I actually do transactions it doesnt transfer to my spent column on my budget so looks like I havent spent any of what I budgeted for each category. I think I have it all linking with the correct subcategory that it should reference to. Any ideas? Do i have to manually update the budget with what is actually spent?
