Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are looking into this issue. If you go to the My Transactions page and click the transaction you would like to update. Make sure the amounts are in the first and second split transaction columns. If you have a single category tied currently, click the Split Transaction link to see if that works. Also please double check that the account that your transaction is tied to is a loan account by clicking the My Accounts tab.

Split Transactions
I am trying to record principal and interest under seperate categories. The system does not recognize the payment in the loan account, but just only shows in the paid from checking account
